Joseph O’Reilly

Founder and Executive Chairman of the Chartered Land Group
Joe O’Reilly has been involved in property development in Ireland for the last 25 years and is one of Ireland’s most prolific developers. His initial company Castlethorn Construction has become one of the highest profile residential developers in the Greater Dublin region, as well as leading the development of Dundrum Town Centre, Ireland’s largest and most successful retail centre, and Killeen Castle Golf resort.

Andrew Gunne

Chief Executive
Andrew Gunne joined Chartered Land in 2014. His primary role is to oversee the business while growing the assets under management by securing new ventures in conjunction with leading real estate capital partners.
Prior to joining Chartered Land, Andrew was Managing Director of Key Capital Real Estate in Dublin, a business he co-founded in 2010. In that role he led a senior real estate financing team, responsible for refinancing loan and real estate assets during the period 2010 to 2014. in the decade preceding this, he held various senior positions in Capital Markets teams in CBRE in Europe. Andrew is Chairman of Property Race Day Ireland, an annual fundraiser for the Irish property community to raise funds for Children’s Charities. He also sits on the Property Committee of Focus Ireland, the largest homeless organisation in Ireland.

David Scanlon

Group Finance Director
David Scanlon joined Chartered Land in 2005 with responsibility for overseeing the development and implementation of the Group’s financial reporting, taxation strategy and I.T. systems. He assumed the role of Group Secretary in 2007.
Prior to joining the Chartered Land Group, David Scanlon was Finance Director with the Irish business of the materials handling group Boss where he had worked since 1994. He was part of the senior management team which effected a management buy-out of the business, going on to successfully grow the business, and ultimately sell it to international group, Jungheinrich AG, in 2004.
David is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland.

Turlough Flynn

Commercial Director
Turlough Flynn joined Chartered Land in 2010 as Group Asset Management Director with responsibility of leading the asset management team. He was appointed to the role of Commercial Director in March 2014 taking responsibility for managing the development management team along with the asset management team. 
Prior to joining Chartered Land, Turlough was Commercial Director of Crossridge Investments Limited, the owners and developers of Dundrum Town Centre, a role held since 2002. As a member of the senior management team he had full responsibility for the asset management and financial management during the development, and the opening and trading of Ireland’s most successful Retail and Leisure property.
He previously worked as Chief Financial Officer at Season Control (Building Services), Finance Director of the FKM Group (Property Services and Engineering), Financial Controller of Hibernia Foods plc. (NASDAQ quoted plc.) and KPMG.
Turlough is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a graduate of NUIG (B.Comm).
